INTERIOR/EXTERIOR

This is the bread and butter of what I do. 

 

When I get to a property I look for the ‘key selling points’ of the home. Are we in a high-rise condo overlooking the ocean? Is there a gorgeous view of the sunset from the backyard deck? Do I have a serious case of kitchen envy right now? It’s absolutely essential for marketing to capture the photo that makes a potential buyer want to walk through that front door for the first time.

 

Then with a trained eye for details and aesthetics I get to work. You won’t find any toilet seats left up, TV’s and ceiling fans left on, mismatched pillows on couches, or inflatable flamingo floats left stranded in the pool.

 

Although I do request for my clients to have the property as ‘shoot-ready’ as possible, I understand some things may be over-looked so built into my pricing is light staging. This may add some extra time to the shoot but it’s totally worth it.
